Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method you choose. We dispatch orders every business day (excludes weekends and public holidays), with online orders generally shipped the same day if received before 8 am.

Once dispatched, standard delivery will arrive within approximately:

Melbourne metro: 3–5 business days
Regional Victoria: 7–10 business days
Interstate cities: 5–14 business days
Non-Victorian regional areas: 10–22 business days

If you select express shipping at checkout, this will normally reduce the arrival date by one to two business days.
